Selection Process

The official notification describes the recruitment sequence from Preliminary Examination to provisional allotment.

Stage 1 — Preliminary

Candidates appear in the Online Preliminary Examination. Candidates who qualify and are shortlisted proceed to the Main Examination.

Stage 2 — Main

Shortlisted candidates appear for the Online Main Examination consisting of Objective Tests and the Descriptive Paper.

Stage 3 — Personality Test

Candidates who qualify in the Main Examination are called for the Personality Test. It is non-qualifying but mandatory for Interview eligibility.

Stage 4 — Interview

Shortlisted candidates subsequently appear for the Common Interview conducted by participating banks and coordinated by the Nodal Bank.

Stage 5 — Provisional Allotment

Candidates sufficiently high in merit and qualifying the required stages are considered for provisional allotment to participating banks based on actual vacancies.
